Difference Between Inkjet Printer and Laserjet Printer

hi everyone, let me write an article to you about the difference between inkjet and laserjet printer. first of all, I will explain a printer, a printer is a machine to printing an image or document from a computer. a printer has 2 types, here I explain both of printer machine.

first, the printer machine is known with type inkjet, inkjet does the printing job with an ink. liquid ink keep in the cartridge. the ink will be sprayed to paper while printing jobs.

next, I explain a laserjet printer, laserjet printer using heat laser thermal to printing to media like paper. if material to print contains plastic, it can damage the printer. laserjet using a powder which I call it toner.

in energy consumption, inkjet printer more economical than laserjet printer. why? because in an inkjet printer, energy used only for the mechanic part. the difference with laserjet, laserjet printer using electricity for the mechanic part and heating part. then, laserjet uses more energy consumption and you will pay more for electricity if u use a laserjet printer.

which of both more practical? depend on how the printer machine will you use.  if you printing many times in one day, you can select an inkjet printer. if you rarely use the printer machine, u can select the laserjet printer at your home or office used. because of maintenance factor should be a problem if u select an inkjet printer but maintenance for laserjet printer is simple.

weight of both printer types. which printer has a more lightweight from these two different printers? Definitely, the answer is an inkjet printer. because without heating part.

if you ask for printing speed, I will recommend a laserjet printer. printing speed for this printer is faster than an inkjet printer.
